For the real busy individuals who do not get enough time to study a particular technology that they want to for workor you want to get a certification and not have enough time to study for it though having the experience for it. DO THIS ! :)
Sign yourself in to a Good Audio or Video Based Learning website. Download the videos for that particular technology and go through it on a Free Day. That's it, you are done in a weekend !
As simple as that.
Plus if you can find a mentor it will be a huge bonus as s/he will keep you on track on your journey and not let you slack off. And give you lots of pointers on how to succeed in the industry.
